Shipping + Returns+ EXCHANGE

DELPHA DŮM offers returns and exchanges for any items you are not completely happy with. Item/s must be returned in new and unworn condition with original packaging/garment bag/s with tag/s attached. All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for refund but may be eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 calendar days of purchase and passes inspection.

All “Sample Sale” “Last Chance” and “Sale” items are FINAL SALE without exception. Sample Sale, Last Chance and Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN

To begin a return, please contact our Guest Services Team through email at delpha@delphadum.com. Please include your order number and reason for your return, along with tracking confirmation for the package. Returned merchandise must be properly and securely packaged with all original packaging, garment bag/s, original tag/s, etc. as well as to include packing slip.

DELPHA DŮM cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit back to our studio. Once we receive your return and upon inspection approval a refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs. Unfortunately at this time DELPHA DŮM is unable to offer complimentary return shipping. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.

SHIPPING

DELPHA DŮM offers FREE SHIPPING on all Domestic Orders. Currently DD is unable to extend free shipping to our International Customers. Once an item has been shipped from our studio, DELPHA DŮM is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. DELPHA DŮM uses USPS priority shipping for most domestic orders.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged through out the shipping process a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with DELPHA DŮM. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, DELPHA DŮM is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.

DELPHA DŮM is not responsible for any accidents, breaks, or damage that may occur while merchandise is in customers possession. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with care instructions and merchandise descriptions/details before making a purchase.

Should a purchase show error by way of a craftsman or production malfunction within the 14 calendar day window please reach out to our Guest Services Team ASAP at delpha@delphadum.com. We will assist you through that process.
